Hi, I’m Sarah!

I’m a people-first leader with over 16 years of experience guiding teams, supporting families, and building trust through thoughtful communication and reliable service. Along the way, I’ve also spent years closely involved in the custom apparel and print world — gaining firsthand insight into design, production, timelines, and what it takes to deliver quality work consistently.

For much of my career, I led early childhood education teams — helping people navigate important decisions, managing day-to-day operations, and creating systems that worked for real humans, not just on paper. I’ve always believed that strong relationships and clear processes go hand in hand.

Today, that same approach shows up in the work I do now. Whether I’m helping a school, small business, or organization bring an idea to life, I bring both a people-centered mindset and a practical understanding of the apparel process — making the experience easy, personal, and dependable from start to finish.

I’m known for listening closely, anticipating needs, and following through. I care about details, but I care even more about how people experience working together. I believe good work happens when communication is honest, expectations are clear, and everyone feels respected.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, a lifelong community-builder, and someone who values doing things well — and doing them with heart.
